Experience
-
Andrew’s career has been defined by deep involvement with technology companies navigating growth, scale, and operational complexity. At Microsoft, he spent nearly a decade advising on volume licensing and SaaS agreements, financing transactions, product and privacy matters, and global trade compliance. He later served as lead privacy counsel and product lawyer at a rapidly scaling logistics technology company, where he worked closely with business teams through a period of significant growth.
-
That in-house experience continues to shape Andrew’s approach to client service. Having worked directly inside fast-moving businesses, he understands the practical realities companies face and the type of legal partnership leadership teams need. He co-founded Weston & Liese to build the kind of firm he always valued most as a client: responsive, embedded in the business, and focused on helping companies scale thoughtfully and efficiently.
-
Andrew’s clients know him as a lawyer who takes the time to understand their business, not just their contracts.
